MESA COUNTY REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL #DDO-03-10
URINALYSIS PROGRAM
The Board of County Commissioners of the County of Mesa, Colorado by and through its Director of Purchasing and Risk Management, on behalf of the Mesa County Criminal Justice Services Department, is accepting proposals from Service Providers to provide a Urinalysis Program for Mesa County as specified in this Request for Proposal (RFP) Number DDO-03-10.

It is the responsibility of all the service providers who intend to submit a response to this RFP# DDO-03-10 to check the above listed web site for all required information as it relates to this RFP# DDO-03-10. Proposals must be submitted by providing a response in accordance with the terms and conditions and the scope of work, placed in a sealed envelope bearing the return address of the proposer, and clearly marked “RFP DDO-03-10 Urinalysis Program”. Proposals must be received at the Mesa County Purchasing Division, 544 Rood Avenue, Second Floor, P.O. Box 20000-5036, Grand Junction, CO 81501 NO LATER THAN 2:00 P.M. February 22, 2010.

The most responsible proposal(s) will be determined by criteria determined essential to Mesa County as stated in the RFP. The criteria is not limited to the lowest price. Mesa County reserves the right to reject all proposals, reject portions of any proposals, or accept the proposals or proposal deemed most advantageous to Mesa County. This RFP may be canceled by Mesa County at any time and for any reason. One supplier may or may not be selected for all items. This RFP will be non-exclusive. Mesa County reserves the right to purchase any supplies or services from other vendors.
