Welcome to the Mesa County Building Department. We serve unincorporated Mesa County and Palisade, Fruita, Collbran, DeBeque, and City of Grand Junction.

Mission: To assure the life, health, and safety of the public by regulating the construction, use and occupancy of buildings, through the administration and enforcement of Building Codes adopted in Mesa County and to maintain an adequate record system as required by law.
