Mesa County Colorado Local Emergency Planning Committee The Mesa County Local Emergency Planning Committee meets on the second Thursday of each month from twelve noon to one o'clock.

Meetings are held in the Red Cross Annex located on the northeast corner of 5th Street and Gunnison Avenue in Grand Junction, Colorado.
