PurposeThe purpose of the Neighborhood Committee is to:
|
Neighborhood ImprovementsProgress is being made in improving the appearance of neighborhoods in Clifton including properties in the Topaz Drive area and on 5th Street in Clifton. At the request of residents in the Clifton / Fruitvale area, Mesa County staff will conduct a tour of the Clifton/Fruitvale area to identify properties which, if improved, might make a difference in the appearance of the neighborhood. If you have a property in mind which you would like us to visit, please contact Donna Ross at 244-1724 or donna.ross@mesacounty.us |
Property ManagersOn October 18th, Mesa County hosted a meeting for property owners and property managers in the Clifton/ Fruitvale area to share with them tools available to help them revitalize their neighborhoods. Property managers attending that meeting requested that Mesa County develop a comprehensive list of property managers who manage rental properties in the Clifton / Fruitvale area in order to allow law enforcement, code enforcement or animal services to directly contact them when they have concerns about tenants. It is hoped that this quick and direct communication with the property managers (as opposed to delayed contact with property owners who may live out of state) will help to more quickly resolve issues that can impact the safety of nearby neighbors. If you manage property in the Clifton/Fruitvale area and would like to be included in this list please contact Tere Hayward at 255-5034 or tere.hayward@mesacounty.us |
