Committee

The Public Safety Committee is looking at creative ways to improve public safety through partnerships with private landowners, tenants, local merchants, law enforcement, School District 51 and other agencies or organizations in or near Clifton and Fruitvale.

Property Managers

In response to a request by property managers, Mesa County is developing a comprehensive list of property managers who manage rental properties in the Clifton / Fruitvale area. This list will allow law enforcement, code enforcement or animal services to be able to directly contact property managers when they have concerns about tenants.

It is hoped that this quick and direct communication with the property managers (as opposed to delayed contact with property owners who may live out of the county or state) will help to more quickly resolve issues that can impact the safety of nearby neighbors.
