Job Openings listed on this web site include all of the jobs for the general Mesa County Government, Mesa County Sheriff's Department and Mesa County Criminal Justice Services Department available to the public at this time. Job Applications and Resumes must be received by Mesa County Human Resources/Personnel Department on or before the announced closing date if submitted by mail. Our mailing address is Mesa County, Human Resources/Personnel Department, P.O. Box 20,000-5021, Grand Junction, CO 81502. Office hours are from 8-5 Mon. - Fri. Although faxing of resumes is not encouraged, they will be accepted. All applicants must submit a RESUME and an APPLICATION FOR EMPLOYMENT FORM. The type of application form required will depend on the type of position i.e., General Mesa County Government, Sheriff's Department, or Criminal Justice Services. The appropriate application form is listed above each section. You may print the forms from the application form page or obtain copies of the application forms from Mesa County Personnel Department located at 544 Rood Avenue, (the old Mesa County Courthouse). If you live outside of Mesa County you may request that an application form be mailed to your home.
