Mesa County in conjunction with the City of Grand Junction, City of Fruita, Town of Palisade, and Grand Junction Drainage District is updating the SWMM. Finalized chapters are posted in PDF format below. The Mesa County Board of County Commissioners adopted the manual at their Administrative Public Hearing on Monday, April 3, 2006 at 9am.
