Administrative ReviewsApplications

These review items include: Extinguishment of Utility Easements, Minor Subdivisions, Simple Land Divisions, Agricultural Divisions, Property Line Adjustments, Boundary Line Adjustments for Unplatted Land, Re-Subdivisions for previously Platted Land, Physical & Legal Separations, Site Plans, and 35-Acre Parcels Created by Plat. Administrative Reviews are submitted to the Planning Director. Interested applicants will need to contact Planning Staff to schedule a Pre-Application Meeting.  

Major Subdivision Reviews

    Any land division that does not qualify for an Administrative Review application. Interested applicants need to contact Planning staff to schedule a General Meeting.

Public Hearing Reviews

    These include items such as Text and Map Amendments to the Land Development Code and to the Master Plan, Rezones, Right-of-Way Vacations, and Conditional Use Permits. Please contact Planning Staff to apply.

Fees
