The Development Services staff is the first line of contact for all Planning Division customers. We review and process all Residential Development Applications (Planning Clearances) and assist customers throughout the application process to obtain required permits. We provide zoning, land use, and general development information and schedule appointments as needed for more complex issues. We will help customers meet their land development goals while ensuring compliance with the development regulations of the Mesa County Land Development Code.

 Development Services  reviews applications for the following:

• Utility Easement Extinguishment 
• Zoning Variances  

 We also provide administration of the Road Access Policy, review and process applications for Notices of Intent, and Notice to Proceed, along with issuing Driveway Permits.
