MESA COUNTY REQUEST TO PRE-QUALIFY NUMBER #MDR-22-09
PROFESSIONAL ENGINEERING SERVICES
The Board of County Commissioners of the County of Mesa, Colorado by and through its Director of Purchasing and Risk Management, on behalf of the Mesa County Engineering Division is accepting applications from interested and qualified parties to provide professional engineering services on behalf of Mesa County. Mesa County intends to use the responses to this Request to Pre-Qualify establish a "pool" of qualified firms that may be requested to provide specific professional engineering services (as required) during the period from June 1, 2009 through May 31, 2011.
Beginning April 20, 2009, at 9:00 A.M. ; copies of the Request to Qualify Number MDR-22-09 will be available for interested Engineering Firms to review by accessing webpage address http://www.mesacounty.us/purchasing/mdr-22-09.aspx to download a copy of the RPQ, or your firm may come by the Mesa County Purchasing and Risk Management Division Office at 544 Rood Avenue, 2nd Floor, Grand Junction, Colorado 81501. To have a copy of the Request to Pre-Qualify your company, contact Mark Reitz with the Mesa County Purchasing and Risk Management Office at 970-255-7150 or Dan Frank at 970-255-7151. The initial deadline for responses for this RPQ requires that applications/responses must be received by May 8, 2009 at 2:00 PM at the Mesa County Purchasing and Risk Management Office and clearly marked "Response to Request to Pre-Qualify Number MDR-22-09".
Engineering firms that become aware of this Request to Pre-Qualify subsequent to the initial deadline of May 8, 2009 may submit a response to Mesa County (at the address cited earlier in this paragraph) at any time between May 8, 2009 and May 31, 2011.
The selection process for the determination to establish parties that respond to this RPQ as qualified will be determined by criteria determined essential to Mesa County. Mesa County reserves the right to reject any or all Pre-Qualification applications submitted. This RPQ will be non-exclusive. Mesa County reserves the right to purchase any supplies or services from other parties.
