MESA COUNTY REQUEST FOR QUOTATION NUMBER DDO-04-10
PLAYGROUND EQUIPMENT
The Board of County Commissioners of the County of Mesa, Colorado by and through its Director of Purchasing and Risk Management, on behalf of the Mesa County Facilities and Parks Department, is accepting quotations from qualified individuals and/or companies to provide playground equipment , as specified in Mesa County Request for Quotation Number DDO-04-10.
Beginning February 8, 2010 at 1:00 P.M. until February 23, 2010 at 2:00 P.M.; copies of the Request for Quotation Number DDO-04-10 will be available by accessing a web page address http://www.mesacounty.us/purchasing/ddo-04-10.aspx. In the event there are questions concerning the access to this previously referenced web page, please contact Doni O'Rourke at 970-255-7153 or Dan Frank at 255-7151. Quotations must be received by 2:00 PM February 23, 2010 at the Mesa County Purchasing & Risk Management Division, 544 Rood Ave., 2nd Floor, Grand Junction, CO 81501 and clearly marked "Response to Request for Quotation Number DDO-04-10”.
The most responsible Quotations will be determined by criteria determined essential to Mesa County. The criteria is not limited to the lowest price. Mesa County reserves the right to reject all quotations, reject portions of any quotation, or accept the quotation or quotations most advantageous to Mesa County. Mesa County may cancel this RFQ at any time and for any reason. One supplier may or may not be selected for all items. This RFQ will be non-exclusive. Mesa County reserves the right to purchase any supplies or services from other vendors.
