While unincorporated Mesa County doesn’t currently have a weed ordinance, many municipalities in Mesa County do have weed maintenance requirements for property owners. The requirements may also include weed management in adjacent roadways and alleys.

Mesa County Motor Vehicle requirements

Demolition of a mobile home has different requirements dependent on whether the mobile home was on a permanent foundation (considered real property) or never on a permanent foundation (not considered real property).
