Pilot program at Mesa County Public Health starting January of 2026

A registered nurse visits your home around three weeks after birth to check on the parent, baby, and the whole family. There is no additional cost to you, and anyone with a newborn can participate.

Get support on everything from feeding and sleeping to childcare options, and connect with community resources tailored to your needs. It all takes place in the comfort of your own home.

 

What to expect
