Type of care: Sometimes people we care about start acting differently. They might stay home more, miss work, or sleep too much or too little. These changes could mean they're struggling or having scary thoughts.
Description: You don't need to figure out what's wrong. Just reach out and ask how they're doing. Sometimes talking to someone who understands can help, or they might need to talk to a counselor.
