The Task Force focuses on regional transportation safety concerns.

Mission Statement

The Mesa County Regional Transportation Safety Task Force is a multidisciplinary group committed to creating safer streets and roads for all by implementing data-driven strategies, fostering collaboration among enforcement, engineering, education, emergency response, healthcare, and advocacy stakeholders, and implementing initiatives, as outlined in the Mesa County Safety Action Plan.

The Safety Task Force meets quarterly, typically in January, April, July, and October.
