This National Police Week, May 13 - 19, Mesa County honors law enforcement officers who dedicate their lives to keeping our community safe and remember those who have made the ultimate sacrifice. 

The Mesa County Sheriff’s Office and Grand Junction Police Department combined Honor Guard presented the flags at the Board of County Commissioners' public hearing on May 14 to recognize Police Week. We send a heartfelt thank you to all law enforcement officers for their unwavering bravery and dedication to serving and protecting our community.
