Ever wonder what employers really think when they review applications or sit across the table during an interview? You’re not alone, and the Mesa County Workforce Center (MCWFC) wants to hear directly from you.

We’re gathering questions from job seekers across our community to better understand what you want to know about the hiring process. Your input will help shape an upcoming employer survey as well as future workshops designed to give you clearer insight, practical tips and real-world advice straight from local employers.

• Common interview mistakes employers see
• How much experience really matters
• What employers notice first (and what they overlook)
