Mesa County Workforce Center celebrates GED graduates
This morning at the Mesa County Workforce Center, 512 29 ½ Road, a graduation ceremony was held for individuals who recently earned their GED certification. A total of 51 people have completed the program since June of 2024.
“At the Mesa County Workforce Center, we offer more than just adult education classes,” said Workforce Center Director Heather Nara. “Our free GED program includes personalized tutoring, flexible scheduling and provides additional support services. We offer access to paid internships, on-the-job training and connections to local employers.”
If you are among the 39 million adults in the U.S. who never graduated from high school, then you have probably considered getting your GED diploma. Regardless of where you are at in your life, it's never too late to begin your journey in Adult Education.
