Requesting Criminal Records from the District Attorney's Office
Defendants and Crime Victims may request copies of records related to their case. These records are known as Discovery. Discovery may include police reports and other documentation.
Pro Se Defendant Discovery
If you are Pro Se Defendant (not represented by legal counsel), you may request copies of discovery specific to your case. Discovery may include police reports and other documentation.

CORA and CCJRA Requests
Requests for documents and other material in the possession of the District Attorney’s Office other than through the discovery process are governed by the Colorado Open Records Act (CORA), C.R.S. 24-72-200.1 et seq. and the Colorado Criminal Justice Records Act (CCJRA), C.R.S. 24-72-301 et seq.
