Mobile Mesa County Alliance (MMCA) Meeting 04-28-2025

The Local Coordinating Council is an alliance of nonprofit and government agencies striving to improve transportation accessibility, affordability, and equity. 

Local Coordinating Council (LCC) agencies collaborate to promote resources for vulnerable populations within Mesa County and greater Grand Valley region. LCC agencies serve older adults, people with disabilities, low-income households, veterans, and homeless populations. The LCC:

• Identifies unmet needs and gaps in the available transportation options
• Develops strategies for agency collaboration, increased efficiencies, and shared resources
• Supports and promotes the development of countywide communications about the mobility needs of and options for vulnerable populations
