Do you have light bulbs, batteries, or other hazardous waste items you’re waiting to drop off at the Hazardous Waste Collection Facility? We’re here to make it easy to recycle these items for FREE at a secondary location on April 27, at this year's Southwest Arbor Fest at Lincoln Park, 910 N. 12th St., from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
