Throughout the cold winter months, it's easy to forget about the looming threat of Japanese beetles — but did you know they are currently in their grub stage, gearing up to wreak havoc on lawns and our local agriculture?

Here's how the Grand Valley can help prepare for the Japanese beetle's return.

Combat Japanese beetles on your lawn:

Once springtime hits, you can apply grub control granules such as GrubEx to your lawns to help eliminate Japanese beetle populations before they can spread.

If you already utilize lawn care support, consider asking your lawn service to incorporate grub treatments into their turf management plans to ensure your yard stays resilient and Japanese beetle-free.

A little preparation goes a long way to create a shield of defense against the impending Japanese beetles.

Please visit our Japanese beetle eradication page for current information about our eradication efforts.
