Welcome from the Mesa County Assessor

May 1, 2024

Our office has experienced serial software malfunctions affecting the DataView (public viewer). Online data on new subdivisions, addresses, ownership and sales was out of sync with our internal database. This was problematic to many users such as: 911, planning, builders, title companies, brokers, appraisers and others.

Our software vendor, Tyler Technologies has been unable to fix DataView, so as a stopgap, today we installed a new online viewer called EagleWeb. This software allows you to view current ownership, new addresses, new subdivisions and current sales. As with any new software, there is a learning curve, as well as a time to work out any glitches. Our old assessor lookup is now offline.

Thanks for your patience during this transition. Please contact us with any questions. Our number is (970) 244-1610 and my email is:
