Project Summary
The County of Mesa, Colorado, will receive sealed bids for the E Road Phase 2B, Mesa County Flood
Reduction at Lewis Wash Bridge Project (E Road Phase 2B). The project consists of replacing the existing E Road Lewis Wash Bridge including improving E Road surrounding the bridge. This includes widening the asphalt and shoulder along E Road and all related road work, guard rail, storm water control, irrigation control, utility installation and coordination.

Mandatory Pre-bid
Tuesday, September 19, 2023. 10:00AM. Multi-Purpose Room A at the Mesa County Central Service Building located at 200 South Spruce, Grand Junction, CO 81502. Enter the building by the West Door which is marked: Elections. Turn left and go down the hall to the Multi-Purpose Room. Bidders are encouraged to do a site visit before the pre-bid.
