Project Summary
- The Mesa County Cape Seal Project consists of work in two separate areas.
- For Independence Valley, the project consists of milling, wide crack repair, and asphalt patching at select crack locations, minor crack sealing, and a cape seal application for the entire Independence Valley subdivision road network.
- For Orchard Mesa, the project consists of a cape seal application on various roadways shown in the plans and specifications.
