Project Summary
The Public Works Department of Mesa County is requesting Statements of Qualifications
from Consultants interested in performing the necessary tasks to prepare improvement
alternatives and develop detailed construction plans and specifications for Wetlands
Mitigation Bank.
Mesa County has been working on revitalizing the wetlands mitigation project and
constructing a wetlands mitigation bank for Mesa County Public Works – Engineering
Division. The scope of work for this project includes updating the Mesa County Banking
Instrument, restoration deign and permitting of the site, and general coordination with the
USACE and Interagency Review Team (IRT). The chosen consultant will finalize all
design plans, permitting and coordination, to bring this project to a construction phase. The
chosen consultant will also be tasked with oversight during construction, close out
mitigation paperwork, and any future surveys and USACE requirements.
