Project Summary
The Public Works Department of Mesa County is requesting Statements of Qualifications from Consultants who are interested in providing ad hoc services at the Gateway, Whitewater, and Mack wastewater treatment facilities over a 12 month period for recommendations and engineering services for all aspects of wastewater plant and collection system issues. If the successful bidder, the signed and approved agreement is eligible for three consecutive annual renewals, pending Mesa County staff review and recommendation for continuation of the yearly sanitary on-call contract. It is also pending Board of County Commissioners approval based upon existing budget funding available during the out years.
