Development Improvement Agreement

County requirements prior to final plat approval

Pursuant to Colorado Statute, C.R.S. §30-28-137 and Mesa County land development code

• Install all required public and private improvements in accordance with approved improvements construction plans
• Enter into an agreement with the County to install such improvements
• Developer’s obligations to install such improvements must be secured by a guarantee
• Two options for this agreement are available
