Project Summary
The Public Works Department of Mesa County is requesting Statements of Qualifications from Consultants interested in performing the necessary tasks develop detailed construction documents.
- The Loma Elementary School Sidewalk project will provide a detached pedestrian path/sidewalk along the east side of Highway 139 from Highway 6 & 50 north to N Road (approximately 0.75 miles).
- Mesa County intends to apply for a Safe Routes to School Grant.
- The successful offeror must be prepared to perform all services required by the County as outlined in Section II and III of the Request for Qualifications.
- The submittals will be evaluated by Mesa County Public Works staff.
- It is the County’s goal to select a consultant who will provide the highest quality of customer service, design and project management.
- The award of the contract will be based on the evaluation criteria outlined in Section IV of the Request for Qualifications.
