Request a Meeting with a Commissioner

Meetings with the Mesa County Board of Commissioners are typically scheduled in half-hour blocks. Your presentation and discussion should be limited to 20 minutes to allow for questions from the Commissioners.

If you plan to use a PowerPoint presentation or other materials, please provide them to the administrative staff in advance.

Once you submit the request, you will be contacted to schedule a meeting, and you may be invited to present your item at a public hearing.
