Sagebrush Room
Facility Description
The Sagebrush Room is the smaller side of the Community Building.
- Room is over 800 square feet and can hold up to 50 guests.
- It can be rented separately from the Community Building or in addition to it.
- The kitchen facilities are available with this rental, as well.
- It is a great space for small meetings and as a "back-stage" type set-up when rented with the main room of the Community Building.
- Available for rent from 7:00 am to 11:00 pm.
Fees
- A damage deposit is required to reserve our facilities.
- Rental fees are to be paid in full 30 days prior.
- The damage deposit is refunded by check from the County after the facility has been inspected for possible damages.
