Unified Planning Work Program
The Unified Planning Work Program is the budget and work plan for Regional Transportation Planning Office staff.
This management document directs the focus of staff and identifies accomplishments. The Unified Planning Work Program (UPWP) is developed every two years and updated annually.
The Grand Valley Metropolitan Planning Organization (GVMPO) is seeking public input on the draft 2024-2025 UPWP, Amendment #2. Questions or comments regarding the draft may be referred to Rachel Peterson at 970-623-8479, emailed to rachel.peterson@mesacounty.us, or mailed to Mesa County RTPO, P.O. Box 20,000, Department 5093, Grand Junction, Colorado 81502-5001.
The public comment period for the proposed draft will end on Monday, December 11, 2023. Staff will make any appropriate revisions to the draft document. The Grand Valley Regional Transportation Committee (GVRTC) will vote on adoption at its regularly scheduled meeting on Monday, December 11, 2023.
