Colorado Works (Temporary Assistance For Needy Families)

The Colorado Works Program (sometimes referred to as TANF or Temporary Aid to Needy Families) provides temporary assistance to eligible families who need financial assistance. Colorado Works is a time-limited (60-month) program to assist families in need of short-term help. Eligibility requirements continue to change, so it is best to visit us in person or visit the link below for the latest information.

Families that are receiving cash assistance must also work with a Case Manager. The Case Manager partners with the family to identify a plan for financial security. Participants will receive one-on-one assistance in identifying the best plan for their families.
