Firearms Prohibited on Courthouse Property

Firearms Prohibited: Carrying a firearm on your person concealed, open carry, or otherwise on courthouse property, including parking lots, is against the law and could result in summons or arrest pursuant to CRS 18-12-105.3.

Bond regulations

All bonds must be posted at the Mesa County Sheriff's Office, with the exception of a property bond.

The process must be started at the Court Clerk’s Office, which is located at the Mesa County Justice Center located at 125 North Spruce Street, Grand Junction, Colorado 81501.
